How much does trash pickup cost?
The fee for trash pickup is included in homes association dues. We are under a contract with Deffenbaugh disposal until 04/30/2015.

When is trash picked up?
Trash and recycling is picked up every week and should be left out no earlier 24 hours prior to pick up. Trash pick-up on the same day each week unless a holiday occurs on trash day then pick up will be the next day.

Can I have a fence?
Yes! However, please refer to page 3 of the declarations for a more detailed description. No fence or boundary may exceed 48’’ and the boundary wall must be constructed less than 6 feet behind the front building line. You will also want to check with the city for appropriate fence material.

When does the HOA meet?
We hold an annual meeting at the Gardner Library typically in April of each year. Look for a newsletter 30 days prior to the meeting date for confirmation of date, time and location.

What do the annual dues cover?
Annual dues pay our removal of waste, payment of HOA taxes, CPA, insurance on common area and HOA, mowing and upkeep of common area, stamps, copies of declarations and newsletters, and payment of fees towards liens filed.
